Action Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

Once a valid DMCA complaint is received, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the content provider or user who submitted the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your removed content is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notification. This must include similar details and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
